It is a powerful method to connect with the spiritual essence..4. Practice Gratitude:We read about gratitude practices or the benefits of being grateful but following it in routine life becomes difficult. A spiritual seeker understands that to cultivate a positive and open mind, expressing daily gratitude is important. Writing gratitude before sleeping, or first thing in the morning is a practice that brings inner peace and happiness.5. Connect with Nature:Take a moment to reflect on the day when you spent time with nature. Those beautiful yet sturdy trees, amidst tall larger than life mountains, wind hustling, vast oceans and you sit admiring the beauty of it all. The feeling of water touching your feet or the softness of grass, the fragrance of the flowers and the vibrant colours of a butterfly - nature serves as a profound teacher. When we spend time in nature it has a way of grounding a seeker with its vastness, providing space for contemplation and connecting with the divine energy that permeates all living things.6. Nurture Compassion and Kindness:Reflect on the time when someone showed kindness to you, the warmth of it has to be passed on to others. A spiritual seeker can cultivate kindness and compassion by contributing to community, practising forgiveness, accepting people and keeping a journal of the good deeds done by self and others.Easy way to practise compassion and kindness is with animals and allowing them to shower love upon you.7. Surrender and Let Go:Surrender is a practice to gain confidence in the universe and letting go of worries, anxiety and need for control. When a seeker embraces the idea of letting go of expectations and trusting the greater forces at play to do its work, he/she starts enjoying the dance of life.To begin, start putting out small thoughts in the universe, which may be inconsequential in nature, to let go and see the magic unfold. .Conclusion:Living the life of a spiritual seeker is a transformative and rewarding journey, filled with opportunities for growth, self-discovery, and a deep connection with the divine. May your spiritual journey be a source of light, guiding you towards profound understanding and a harmonious union with God.
