Insecurity is that nagging feeling of not being ‘enough’. Social media doesn’t help—seeing everyone’s highlight reels while you have nothing cool to post does not help! Remember: Comparison is the thief of joy!And hey, memes get it. I remember reading one which said, ‘When you’re about to post a selfie but remember you don’t look like yourself in real life! Why It’s NormalBlame evolution! Flip the ScriptWhen self-doubt kicks in, ask: ‘Would I talk to a friend like this?’ Probably not. Replace harsh thoughts with kinder ones. Try: ‘I’m growing, and it’s okay not to be perfect.’ ‘I am imperfectly perfect!’2. Limit the ScrollI know it is not possible or easy, but we all know social media can fuel insecurities. Take breaks or unfollow accounts that make you feel less-than. Instead, follow inspiring creators who remind you of your worth/your infinite potential. 3.
